Become a Dating and Relationship Coach!

Ask Mars Venus is hiring telephone coaches to add to our team of dating and relationship specialists. Coaches help callers from all over the world who are seeking support and advice about their love lives.

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Be flexible, compassionate, extroverted, naturally open-minded, non-judgmental, enjoy talking on the phone, love to help people, and be comfortable talking about sensitive personal issues.
• Have a PC with Windows XP or higher.
• Have high speed Internet access.
• Have a private telephone landline located in a quiet place without distractions.
• Live anywhere in the continental United States.
• Have a good speaking voice – this is absolutely mandatory.
• Be available for 20 scheduled hours per week with at least 10 of those hours occurring on weekends.

Applicants receive extensive coach training via phone and email in order to learn how to apply the appropriate material found in the books of Dr. John Gray (author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus) to each of their callers’ situations.

This job is especially suited for those who are looking to supplement their income, or who are less concerned about a “big” paycheck in the beginning. Coaches receive calls at the phone number of their choice and Ask Mars Venus brings clients directly to the coaches through various marketing methods. There is no charge for training, and no payment during the training process. Once training is complete, coaches will enjoy the convenience of a work-from-home job.

Compensation: Once training is complete, coaches will receive $0.30/minute ($18/hr) for time spent on the phone with callers. Coaches are only paid for the time they are actually connected to a coaching client.
